This is a wonderful place for anyone to embark on the journey of becoming familiar with the various types of yoga that the center has to offer. We begin with handout information to familiarize you with breathing techniques, warm up exercizes, asanas(poses), and the differences between, Hatha yoga, Qigong, Energy yoga and Meditation.

Anyone, of any fitness level can attend this class. If you have a disability, this class is for you. If you are recuperating from surgery, this class is for you. If you can only sit in a chair, this class is for you.

Come learn what yoga is really all about. Learn the tools to help you stay more aware of your body and thoughts. Learn the tools to stay stress free. Learn the tools to keep your body clear of negative emotions and toxins. Learn how to be your own health care provider. Yoga is a great way to become empowered in all facets of your life.
