Chair Yoga
This class is great for Seniors and those that need to start slow before they move into a regular yoga series.
For first time students, this class can offer an in depth training in awareness of your body and where it physically is in the moment. This can be so very beneficial as you continue to heal the body through yoga poses and breathwork.
This class can be a stepping stone to a more vigorous practice or a wonderful maintenance practice for those that have limited mobility.
