Class Tips
Encourage good digestion - don't eat any heavy meals before class
Be early - plan to get to class about 15 minutes before it begins
Silence your cell - have your cell phone turned to silent during class
Talk to your teacher - let your teacher know before class if you've had any injuries or are pregnant
Dress for success - wear comfy clothing and take off those shoes and socks
Easy Breath - Out of respect for other students please do not wear perfume, cologne or heavily scented lotions
This is your lesson - if a pose hurts or feels uncomfortable to you don't hesitate to tell your teacher and come out of the pose, even if everyone else continues it

Chair Yoga

A wonderful class for anyone who is recuperating from surgery or has decreased mobility. All stretches are done sitting in a chair.

Benefits include better circulation, which promotes faster healing, increased range of motion, and strength.
