An ancient form of Asian Yoga, designed to promote self healing and revitalization through moving the bodies' own energy.

| Encourage good digestion - don't eat any heavy meals before class |
| Be early - plan to get to class about 15 minutes before it begins |
| Silence your cell - have your cell phone turned to silent during class |
| Talk to your teacher - let your teacher know before class if you've had any injuries or are pregnant |
| Dress for success - wear comfy clothing and take off those shoes and socks |
| Easy Breath - Out of respect for other students please do not wear perfume, cologne or heavily scented lotions |
| This is your lesson - if a pose hurts or feels uncomfortable to you don't hesitate to tell your teacher and come out of the pose, even if everyone else continues it |
Qigong
An ancient form of meditative energy movement that is slow and graceful . A wonderful practice for building Qi (energy) and circulating it through the body. Good for all levels of fitness.
Beginner's Yoga
This is a wonderful place for anyone to embark on the journey of becoming familiar with the various types of yoga that the center has to offer.
Anyone, of any fitness level can attend this class.

Moms & Tots
An engaging class for Moms and children 5 years of age and under. Stretch and de-stress together. A two hour fun time every 3 months. Check the schedule for events. Please call to register.
