About the Studio
The studio is housed in a historic brick building, built in 1873. It is on a split level so windows are above street height for privacy but allowing a lot of the outdoors in through two 15' windows.
The training room is intimate in size but ample enough to school eight students, reinforcing the personal attention provided to each practitioner. This creates an air of safety and allows interaction , not only among students (creating community) but between instructor and student to insure that each student receives personalized instruction that meets their goals
Lovely old hardwood floors are ideal for practicing yoga as they give under the practitioners weight.
There is a props room, (use house props or bring your own) and lounge where there is water for purchase and hot tea available.
An info center keeps you informed of upcoming events and a large restroom available for changing as well as hygiene.
